Le formalisme conventionnel : illustration de la notion de contrat-cadre

Abstract : The usual contract is an agreement which creates obligations. The framework contract is an agreement which produces norms. This paper will outline the general theory of the framework contract, illustrated by one of it's multiple practical applications : the conventional formalism which incorporates those agreements determining the nature of expression or communication of intention in future juristic acts.
