Alineación, internalidad y justicia percibida en desempleados Argentinos: Un estudio según genero y tiempo de desempleo

Abstract : This paper addresses the system of beliefs in the workplace, and in particular, three of them: alignment (or obedience), internality (or locus of control) and perceived justice (or just world theory), reporting of results on a sample of employees without jobs in Argentina. It analyzes both the link between the three dimensions as the impact of the independent variables gender and duration of unemployment. It is noted that the group of men with less than a year of unemployment is the highest obedience displays and internality, while the unemployment of women with equal or greater than one year, is the least compliant and less internal. With respect to the variable just, the entire ensemble is below the theoretical average, with women with less than a year without employment which exhibit a greater perception of injustice.
