Réactions différenciées aux injustices professionnelles selon le degré d'adhésion à la norme d'allégeance

Abstract : One can sometimes wonder about the reactions of individuals and social groups confronted to fundamentally unjust situations with, at the two extreme poles, some people who stay totally passive and others that protest very violently. We wanted here to operationalize situations of professional injustices, and to study the reactions that they provoked. One of our main hypotheses was a difference of reactions according to the degree of conformism of the individuals to the norm of allegiance, that is to say according to the propensity, acquired and socially valorized, to not question the social structure and its hierarchy of the powers. We note then, not only a confirmation of this hypothesis, but also a meaningful influence of the statute of the source of the injustice, the reactions of passivity being especially frequent when the source has a statute of authority socially considered legitimate. Then, our questioning, and the discussion that we propose, carry on the different forms of reaction facing the injustice, and on the strategies permitting their orientation.
