L'estime de soi et quelques autres variables différenciatrices de la satisfaction et de l'implication au travail

Abstract : 60 employees in a mail sorting factory were asked to complete a questionnaire concerning job satisfaction and involvement. the findings showed a relative independence between certain aspects of job satisfaction and certain aspects of personal involvement, based on personal characteristics of the respondents. More generally, it appeared that classical interindividual variables sush as sex and age were related to the satisfaction and involvement felt by subjects. However, personality traits sush as self esteem seem to play an even greater differenslating role.
