La valorisation des externes faisant preuve d'allégeance

Abstract : According to some research, the internal people can be distributed in two groups: the good interns, sush those put in stage in the usual litterature, objects of a social valorization and a preference in relation to the external people, ans the rebel interne that, either using or sucking to use their internality to question the established system, raise, because of this non allegiance, a generalized hostility. To complete this picture, we wanted to show here that also coexists good and bad external people. Using the paradigm of the autopresentation, we asked topics distributed in tow groups to answer a questionnaire of locus of control, either trying to show them in value, either trying to show them in losing value. This questionnaire for the opportunity and composed of 24 items, proposed the answers permitting, at the time of their treatment, to distinguish 3 categories of topics: an internal category and two external categories. In accordance with the hypothesis, we note that order of enchancement can drive effectively more to external explanations than to internal ones, the inverse being observed with an ordre of depreciation. These results permit to deepen the discussion concerning the respective validity of the norm of internality aand of the norm of allegiance.
