Tyrannie des idéaux et geste suicidaire à l'adolescence. Le cas de Suzanne, 15 ans
Résumé
To understand the role of ideals at adolescence and more specifically, when suicide is attempted, we focus on the analysis of an interview made during a projective assessment of a 15-year-old adolescent girl. Then, two excerpts of assessments are compared from a qualitative point of view, one just after the suicide attempt and the other, one year later, so as to observe the psychic readjustments at medium term, and particularly, the evolution of mechanisms of idealization. Our reflection will deal notably with the psychic function of murder fantasies as an attempt to abandon the ideal ego. A therapeutic undertaking by this patient 12 years hence, when she had become an adult, shows the importance of her investment in the situation of a projective test during her adolescence and it widens our vision concerning readjustments over the long term.
