La parité femmes-hommes à l'université

Abstract : The 2013 French Law on Higher Education and Research significantly strengthens gender diversity in the national decision-making bodies governing Higher Education, and in the administration of universities. It aims to break down the glass ceiling holding back academic women’s careers. But this project is ambiguous : it does not have the same meaning, the same presuppositions or the same consequences if it targets the careers of the women who are sitting on these bodies rather than the careers of all academic women.
