Jean-Jacques Urvoas jugé par la CJR ? L’ombre d’un doute

Abstract : The french Law Court of the Republic has recently reappeared back on stage due to the recent indictment of Jean Jacques Urvoas, the former Minister of Justice. This prosecution is taking place while a draft constitutional law contemplates removing this court specialized in assessing the criminal responsibility of members of government. The slow pace of the procedure before this court raises the question of the future of pending cases.
