Brexit : au mépris du Parlement ? Theresa May, entre « contempt of Parliament » et fragile soutien de sa majorité

Abstract : On December 4, MPs passed a historic motion to hold the government in contempt over its failure to release the cabinet legal advice on the Brexit deal. The revival of an ancient privilege never used against the government tends to cast doubts on Theresa May’s parliamentary authority, while Commons are significantly tightening their control over the executive.
