Du Hallstatt final à La Tène ancienne en Anjou : les batteries de structures de stockage de Luigné et de Cizay-la-Madeleine (Maine-et-Loire)

Abstract : Between 2009 and 2011, the Archaeological service of Maine-et-Loire has excavated sites in the plain of Doué-la-Fontaine. Two archaeological sites have been discovered in Luigné and Cizay-la-Madeleine, dating to the end of the Early Iron Age and the beginning of the Late Iron Age. For the first time in this area, these excavations allow us to document the different modes of subterranean storage during the Iron Age. Important quantities of pottery and animal bone from the sites have contributed in establishing a first typology and provide important indicators as to the integration of this area during the transition between the two Iron Ages.
